What are language Services?
The language Services Program provides Interpreters and Translators 24 hours a day for multi-lingual requests including the following: - Documents and forms
- Legal issues
- Police intervention
- Health care services
- Family and education issues
- Social services
- Counselling
- Other
Who can access Language Services?
Services are available to Community agencies or individuals that require Cultural Interpreters in the communication process for service delivery to their clients. Is there a cost?
New pricing as of Sept. 1, 2010:
Service Agencies: $40.00 per hour or per page
Individual: $30.00 per hour or per page
For Assignments involving victims of domestic violence, no fee is levied.
