Folklore Festival is a major festival in Thunder Bay.

Each year, a combination of volunteers, exhibitors, food booths, and entertainers work together to make it a successful event.

Here are some forms to fill out to become involved in this festival's continued success:

• 2008 Volunteer Registration Form - volunteers, please submit this to TBMA ASAP, Folklore Festival needs you!
• 2008 Entertainment Registration Form - must be filled out by each performing artist/group.
• 2008 Exhibitor Registration Form - must be filled out by each exhibitor
• 2008 Food Booth Registration Form - must be filled out by each food booth
• 2008 Information Package - Hours of festival operation and admission.  This package also includes policies for food booths, exhibitors, and entertainment.
